Phase I Environmental Assessments

For many years, Schneider has efficiently and thoroughly performed many hundreds of Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the latest ASTM guidelines. The Phase I ESA is typically performed in association with a property transaction in order to identify potential environmental liabilities associated with a property. Schneider also has extensive classroom and applied field experience with the new ASTM "All Appropriate Inquiry" Phase I standard and USEPA rule.

Phase II Environmental Investigations

Schneider has extensive field technical experience in investigating potential environmental liabilities identified by the Phase I ESA process, or through other technical inspections.
